Returns Policy
Should you wish to cancel or return items on your order, you have 7 working days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your intentions. Please contact us via email, stating your intent to return the goods for a refund. You then have a further 7 working days from the date of your email for the goods to reach us. Please note we do not provide a free returns service, as we believe in keeping the original selling price competitive. We recommend that you use registered post or a courier, as items lost in transit will not be refunded. Items received after this period may incur a re-stocking charge. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. All items to be returned must be treated and held with reasonable care i.e. we would ask that original packaging is kept intact.
Please email sales@motorhome-accessories.com for authorisation and return details. Please state which item(s) you wish to return, including your invoice number and reason for return. Items must be received back to Motorhome Accessories within 7 days of informing us of your intent to return the goods.
Should you find an item be faulty, please contact us immediately via email at sales@motorhome-accessories.com stating your invoice number and suspected fault. We shall arrange for a replacement to be sent and organise for collection of the faulty item or offer a full refund if preferred. You will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Refunds
Your return will be actioned and processed as soon as possible, although we kindly ask you to leave anything up to 14 days for processing your request. If your goods are faulty, you have a statutory right to have a full refund including the outbound postage and packing charges. To claim your full refund, you must notify us in writing within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. Your email must state which items you intend on returning.
